Our Story

“In Via” is Latin for “The Way” - and this name for the first church of Christ-followers is rather apropos for our calling. We believe that Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life. We believe that by following His lead, we can show others the way to know and live in the fullness of His Kingdom. We also believe there is an organizational “way” or important best-practices for each respective church to work within… meaning ministry is not meant to be done by chance, but with intentionality and preparation.

We are an Ecumenical organization, serving the many faith expressions of Christianity by focusing on the common thread of essentials that unite all Christ-followers: The truth of the Gospel; The Good News of Jesus. This means we are able to work interdenominationally, with a Kingdom-focused goal of serving the local Church. From high liturgy to charismatic communities, our team serves the movement of God with passionate conviction for where and how He’s moving in each congregation.
We are committed to partnering with ministry leaders to find solutions that will best serve God’s people as well as the church’s vision, mission, and values - and above all, point people to Christ.

InVia’s vision is to “support the work of the local church because every ministry matters.” But supporting the work of the church means caring for the core health of the global Church and those who are called to lead and minister in it.

This is our desire: To see a revised, healthy standard of integrity and care set for both Church organizations and the leaders, pastors, and guides who serve in ministry. This not only requires a deep dependence on God, but also key practical elements that have often been overlooked: hospitality, safety, encouragement, as well as clear organizational structure, and financial stability.
