InVia is truly at its heart a group of people coming together with shared vision to support the local Church. We are pastors, leaders, and ministry professionals with an apostolic calling to serve. We work interdenominationally with churches, ministries, and non-profits to uphold the calling of Jesus’ global Church… and you’re invited to be a part!
The Details
InVia is known for our ever-growing, vetted group of high-caliber leaders, curated and staffed across the country each weekend. Our leaders love to serve the greater Church community through sharing their gifts with ministries in need. They do this not to peddle their latest album or receive “guest” treatment, rather they simply seek to worship Jesus and lead others to do the same. Our team’s goal in every setting is to support the work of the local church, bring about services that embody authentic worship, and in every aspect, point people to Jesus. Many of our Collective leaders are in search of their next full or part time church staff positions, while most others are passionate about Ecumenical service to churches everywhere.
No matter what your goal is, if your call is to minister, there’s a place at InVia for you. We carefully curate staffing relationships to offer a wide range of opportunities for our leaders. Collective leaders are never required to sign exclusive placement contracts with us, meaning you can serve how you like and connect where you’re called. Another key point of caring for our leaders is our competitive compensation; We offer per-service stipends (ranging from $250-$1,000) ensuring our leaders are paid for every touchpoint and aspect of their leadership. Our goal at InVia is to serve churches well while caring deeply for leaders who do the beautiful and sacred work of the ministry. The Collective is a safe space for ministry leaders
